I spent 12+ years as a lawyer in high-pressure child welfare work—managing legal departments, training staff, and carrying cases involving some of the most vulnerable children in crisis.

I was the person who had it together. Until I didn't.

Burnout isn't a personal failure. It's a systemic issue. And the "solutions" we've been sold—resilience training, self-care Sundays, better time management—don't address the root cause.

I left my legal career to teach what actually works: reclaiming rest, creativity, and connection as foundational practices, not rewards. I use my experience in high-stakes leadership and my own journey through burnout to help professionals and organizations redesign how they work and live.
