What is Renew by Design?
Renew by Design is a professional coaching service. We help professionals and organizations reclaim rest, creativity, and meaningful connection—to design lives (and workplaces) they love, not just survive ones they tolerate. We don't teach "do more with less" or "build resilience." We challenge the systems and narratives that demand you abandon yourself for success, and help clients build practices that allow them to thrive—at work and in life.
How long does coaching typically last?
It varies from person to person, but most clients work with me for 3-6 months depending on their goals and barriers.
Sessions are available in 30-minute, 60-minute, or 90-minute formats, with optional check-ins via chat between sessions to keep momentum going.
We'll work together to design a coaching plan that fits your individual needs and pace—no pressure, no rigid timelines.
Do you offer group programs?

Is this counseling?
No, we do not provide counseling, therapy, medical advice, financial advice, or legal services.
What if I can't make my appointment?
Not a problem! We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, which provides flexibility for those last-minute emergencies you didn't see coming.
