Group Coaching

Six-week group journeys to design a life you love.

Is This Workshop Right For You?

This 6-week workshop is for you if:

  • You are successful on paper, but something's missing

  • You are functioning, but not thriving—you feel stuck

  • You are starting to wonder, "Is this it? Is there more than just getting through the week?"

  • You are ready to design a life you actually love—before burnout forces you to

  • You are doing this work alone and craving connection with peers who get it

Why do this work in a group instead of 1-on-1 coaching?

You're Not Alone
You're not alone and realizing that changes everything. Others are wondering the same thing: "How did I get here? Where did my creativity go? When did rest become a luxury? When did work become my entire life?" Shared experience is powerful medicine.

You Gain Clarity
When you're in the grind, you can't always see what's keeping you there. But when you hear someone else's story, suddenly your patterns snap into focus. The group helps you name what you couldn't see alone—and once you name it, you can reclaim it. Together, you gain the clarity and creative solutions that feel impossible when you're grinding through it solo.

You Stay Accountable (and Supported)
Commit to micro-steps in front of peers and you're more likely to follow through. When barriers surface, and they will, the group doesn't judge—it witnesses, brainstorms solutions, encourages progress, and celebrates wins. It's accountability with compassion.

You Build Real Connections
This isn't networking. It's building relationships with people who understand—support that lasts beyond the 6 weeks.

You Get Professional Coaching + Peer Wisdom
I facilitate, teach the frameworks, and provide personalized strategies. But the group does powerful work together—often the best insights come from each other.

It's Safe
Small group (max 10). Confidential. No judgment. Just peers designing lives they love.

The 6-Week Journey

Week 1: What Have You Been Sacrificing?

We start by identifying what you've abandoned to keep up—hobbies, rest, creativity, meaningful relationships. This isn't about shame or regret. It's about clarity. Shared reflections build connection and start your discovery process.

Week 2: Discover Your Purpose

You'll learn the framework for uncovering your purpose: what you're naturally good at + what energizes you + what you valued before the grind took over. Small group discussions help you clarify your unique path and see how rest, creativity, and connection flow from purpose—not the other way around.

Week 3: Reclaim Rest

Rest isn't something you earn after everything's done—because the work is never done. You'll learn to integrate intentional rest into your workday (not just weekends) and set one micro-goal around rest. We'll explore why "not doing something" can be the most powerful goal you set.

Week 4: Building Momentum with Micro-Steps

Creativity isn't just art—it's problem-solving, brainstorming, innovation, and seeing possibilities. This week, we use creative thinking to identify goals that align with your purpose and break them into micro-steps so small (12 seconds or less) they feel almost effortless. You'll learn habit stacking, build a reward system, and discover how creativity drives growth in every area of life.

Week 5: Navigate Your Barriers

Check-in: What got in the way? We normalize common barriers (perfectionism, guilt, time scarcity, family resistance, fear) and help you identify yours. The group brainstorms personalized strategies. Everyone learns from each person's story.

Week 6: Design Your Sustainable Life

Celebrate wins (even tiny ones), create your personal sustainability plan, and commit to next steps. This isn't the end—it's the beginning of living a life you actually love.

Graduates can continue with 1-on-1 coaching for deeper support.

FAQs

What if I don't want to share personal things with strangers?

You're never required to share anything you're not comfortable with. Many people start quiet and open up as trust builds. Breakout rooms (3-4 people) often feel safer than the full group. Camera-optional policies help too.

Will I know the other participants?

Probably not at first, but that's part of the value. You'll meet people from different professions and backgrounds who share the same struggle. The diversity of perspectives is powerful.

Can I do one-on-one coaching instead?

Absolutely. If group coaching doesn't feel right, individual coaching may be a better fit.

Is this counseling?

No, we do not provide counseling, therapy, medical advice, financial advice, or legal services.

What if I can't make one of the sessions?

If you must miss a session, you have two options to catch up:

  1. Participating in a laser focus session: You are eligible for one 15-minute 1:1 session with the coach to clarify key concepts and materials.

  2. Connecting on Teams: You can review session takeaways and connect with your peers in the dedicated group chat.

How do I get started?
What happens after the six weeks?

Some people feel complete and continue on their own. Others choose to continue with 1-on-1 coaching for deeper work. A few stay connected with their cohort informally. It's up to you.
